Teacher & School Responsibilities

If you are a teacher or represent an educational institution, you warrant that you have authority to invite students and use the Service on behalf of your school. You must ensure your use does not violate any agreements with your institution and that you comply with applicable data privacy laws.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in activities that compromise the integrity or security of the Service. This includes copying or scraping our content, transmitting spam or malware, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or using the Service for commercial solicitation.

In all cases, our total liability will not exceed the fees paid by your institution during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will end. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law survive termination.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post updates on this page and, for significant changes, notify users by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
